The best time to take a pregnancy test is at least a day or two after your missed period. This gives the pregnancy hormone (hCG) time to build to detectable levels, which will produce a positive result. We offer no-cost, lab-quality pregnancy testing to give you peace of mind.
Only an ultrasound can confirm your pregnancy and provide critical information needed to make a decision, including how far along you are. Our nurse manager performs this no-cost scan and will help you understand what you're seeing on the screen.
